We’re so excited to share our candles with you! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
Processing Times
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- During busy seasonal periods (like Christmas), dispatch may take an extra day, but we’ll always keep you updated.
UK Standard delivery (3–5 days)
- FREE for orders to UK over £72
- £3.99 for orders under £72
Express Shipping (next day) £6.99
- Orders will be delivered Monday – Saturday (excluding bank and public holidays)
Remote UK postcodes (1–2 days additional delivery time)
- Orders can be delivered to most postal areas in the UK, including Northern Ireland
- Due to carrier availability, certain locations may be subject to an additional 1–2 days' delivery time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your candle’s journey straight to your door.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide! Rates are calculated at checkout but range between £16-£30 depending on the location.
- Delivery times vary by location (typically 3–14 business days).
- Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.
- We don’t accept international returns unless the item is damaged. Contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo.

Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your candles. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on unused, unlit candles in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please click here. Once we receive the return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your candle arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right either with a replacement or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our candles are scented, we cannot accept returns on used or lit candles. Sale items are also final.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
